Exodus (July 2017 to January 2018) focuses on peer-to-peer file sharing and data storage, establishing basic infrastructure for content creators to distribute media without intermediaries — conceptually similar to a blockchain-native BitTorrent. Odyssey (January 2018 to June 2018) introduces economic incentives: a token-based reward system where users earn TRX by producing and sharing content, creating a monetization layer on top of the storage infrastructure.
